Periodically check electrical wiring, terminals, switches and other

Fifth, maintenance of hydraulic system
Replace the hydraulic oil regularly, and the oil should be changed once a
month after the first work of the new machine, and then the oil should be
changed once a year or after every 4,000 to 6,000 hours of work according to the
working condition and the oil quality.
Check the oil level of the tank every week to ensure that the oil level is
not lower than the oil window. If the oil level is too low, the hydraulic oil
should be filled in time.
The oil temperature of the control system is between 35 ° C and 60 ° C, and
shall not exceed 70 ° C to prevent deterioration and damage of oil and
accessories.
Each time the oil is changed, the filter should be replaced or cleaned at the
same time to keep the hydraulic system clean.
Sixth, regular shutdown for comprehensive inspection
Regular comprehensive inspection of the bending machine, including precision
calibration, electrical system depth inspection, etc.
Adjust, repair or replace damaged parts according to the inspection
results.
