and then pressed to a dead edge with a flattening die to enhance the
reinforcement effect of the border.
Break differential mode:
The break die, also known as the "Z" die, is used for the one-time bending of
small size "Z" workpieces.
This mold can improve production efficiency and ensure bending accuracy.
Forming die:
Forming die including arc die, door frame molding die, U forming die and so
on.
These molds are used for more complex product bending and can meet the needs
of a variety of bending angles and styles.
Same core mold:
The same core die usually refers to the lower die used in the matching CNC
bending machine, which is composed of the die support and the segmented lower
die.
Using the same core mold can easily change the mold and improve the machining
accuracy.
In addition, the material of the bending machine die is also very important,
usually using 42CrMo, Cr12MoV(SKD11), T8A, T10A, 9CrSi and other high-quality
die steel manufacturing. These materials have high wear resistance and toughness
to meet different bending needs.
